Bonus99 is more than just a gambling platform — we are a Malaysian player community that has grown together from day one. Built by a team that understands how Malaysians play, think, and make decisions, Bonus99 exists with a single goal: to deliver the fairest, safest, and most enjoyable online casino and Sports Betting experience in Malaysia.
Bonus99 was founded in 2019 by a group of individuals who shared a common frustration — they wanted an online gambling platform genuinely built for Malaysian players. Not a foreign platform that simply translated its interface into Bahasa Melayu, but one that truly understood the Malaysian way of life — from how we pay, to how we choose our games, right down to the sporting events we care most about, like the Malaysia Super League, BWF badminton, and the EPL.
For years before Bonus99 existed, Malaysian players were forced to rely on international platforms that weren't built with local users in mind — complicated deposit processes, no Bahasa Melayu support, and promotions that had nothing to do with life here. Those were exactly the problems Bonus99 set out to solve from day one.
Today, Bonus99 has grown into one of the most actively used online casino and Sports Betting platforms in Malaysia — with over 500,000 registered members from Sabah, Sarawak, Peninsular Malaysia, and the Malaysian diaspora worldwide. This growth wasn't driven by large marketing budgets alone — it came from players who return to Bonus99 every day because of a consistently honest experience.
The principles that guide every decision we make for our Malaysian player community
To provide Malaysian players with the fairest, safest, and most user-friendly online casino entertainment and Sports Betting platform — putting players' interests above everything else. We believe a great gaming experience starts with feeling secure, trusting that games are fair, and knowing that winnings will be paid out on time.
To be the number one digital entertainment platform of choice for Malaysians — not because we're the biggest, but because we're the most trusted. Bonus99 aims to be known as the platform that's always there for its players — in good times and bad, with genuine support and fast responses in every situation our community faces.
Every game outcome, every promotion term, and every Bonus99 policy is written clearly and made accessible to all players. No hidden agendas, no confusing fine print.
Bonus99 makes decisions based on what is best for the Malaysian player community, not solely on short-term business profit. Player feedback is our primary guide for every improvement we make.
All games at Bonus99 use independently verified RNGs. We do not manipulate outcomes, silently adjust odds, or block legitimate withdrawals without strong justification.
From customer support to withdrawal processing, Bonus99 is committed to fast response times. Our Platinum VIP members receive their payouts within 15 minutes — every single time.
Bonus99 believes entertainment only has value when it causes no harm. We provide self-control tools, deposit limits, and support for players who need help — without any stigma.
We take pride in our Malaysian identity. From support language and game themes to payment methods — everything is designed to reflect and respect the needs of Malaysian players.
